In article is shown importance of risks structure analysis for Russian travel companies (TC) in modern conditions of their activity. Author is presented classification of TC and their organizations-suppliers. Also are offered mathematical models of decision making for usage in processes of TРЎ activity. In article are allocated such groups potential sources of risks for TF: (G1) persons; (G2) the legal entities, which aren't belonging to the subsequent group; (G3) organizations of state and municipal administration, other state organizations; (G4) external processes, which aren't connected with particular legal entities. Author is offered additional hierarchical classification levels of risks for such groups. Emphases in article are placed at IT-development influence on separate types of risks and their groups for TC. Author is made the analysis of risks structure features for TC, working in the Dagestan Republic. The conclusion is drawn, that mass media and Internet rendered considerable impact on conditions and productivity of TC activity.
