The article is devoted to modelling of changes of parametres of monocrystal pellicles of ferrite-pomegranates depending on temperature. The given model realised in programming system MATLAB simplifies the process of a choice of structure of the pellicle which are meeting the requirements to values of parametres of pellicles at various temperatures.
