In today’s world wide distribution have mobile devices with wireless technologies.As mobile devices are introduced the following technologies: Bluetooth, WAP, WiMAX and NFC technology. To date, there are various wireless technologies, one of them is the technology of Near Field Communication NFC. The integration of NFC into mobile devices is another step in the development of contactless technologies for mass use. Mobile devices with NFC interface provide the ability to implement the widest range of applications, including transportation, payment, organization of access, identification, information and tourism. Tourism is an important economic sector for many cities and countries, and therefore research area of mobile technology. The article proposes a solution for personalized access to mobile social tourist information services using new communications technologies. The main topic of the work is solving the actual problem of personalization of the information provided to the user on the mobile device. The proposed personalization technology is based on the geographical and social user data. In addition, the proposed new service-oriented architecture software system of mobile travel services, different cross-platform, expansion capabilities and integration with other systems.
