The technique of the cumulative value of the TVO (Total Value of Opportunity) capabilities, which implies a quali-tative and quantitative assessment of the impact of information technologies on the parameters of the organization’s functioning, is considered. The research stages are presented, which include studies on the main parameters: direct payback, strategic coordination, impact on business processes, compliance with IT architecture, assessment of the risk component. The TSS was calculated for a set of measures for the modernization of the company's IT infrastructure. The integral indicator, which is a criterion of efficiency, is formalized and calculated for the operating enterprise of the "Vyborzhets". The analysis of uncertainty and risk analysis.
