This paper presents the concept of a unified information model for the presentation of educational data of the university, which will contribute to the formation of new approaches to data-based management. At the heart of the study, the authors propose to use measurable quantitative and qualitative indicators of the educational process in the form of incoming data based on the implementation of the competence model of the university's accounting information system and an optimization model for building a set of indicators of competence achievement (IDC). This method of changing learning outcomes is unique and allows many management decisions to be made more transparent and timelier, as well as to obtain a graduate portfolio for a potential employer.
