This article is devoted to the problem of quality of training which is especially actual today in connection with global information of education. Electronic textbooks, their structure, classification, and the most important methods of definition of quality of similar electronic manuals are considered in detail. In the work some systems (models) of quality of electronic textbooks, their merits and demerits are submitted, and also the new all-round approach to the decision of problem of quality of electronic textbooks is offered.
