The mathematic model of academic subject’s learning on the base of logistic equation is proposed. The model is used for asynchrony organization of studying. The model discloses interconnections of the beginning level of students’ training and general knowledge used for academic subject’s learning, academic credits and influence of students’ intelligence abilities for level of new academic materials learning.
