Simulation of magnetic properties of disordered double perovskites based on Hopfield neural network

The influence of the degree of disorder in the cation sublattices on the magnetic properties of double perovskites with the use of Hopfield neural network is shown. Modeling is carried out on a cubic lattice in which the nodes are atoms of type B1 and B2. The distribution of atoms in the lattice is given by, respectively, the degree of disorder in the cation sublattices. The energy of a Hopfield network is described by the Hamiltonian energy of the Ising model. The simulation was performed for the SFMO and PFN.
