This article is dedicated to development of server remote management at network Microsoft. The article contains the information about existing technologies of remote management of servers. Benchmark analysis of their possibilities is conducted. The text also contains a description of the conceptual project of the universal and upgradeable system of remote managment on the base WMI, allowing to realize their own functions through Internet network.
