The article deals with questions of integrations of the professional education system and bank sector, providing formation of students’ beside professional competency required for efficient performance installed by employer official function, and determines forms of the strategic partnership of credit organization and high educational institutions, directed on increasing quality educational services in system unceasing bank education. Bank service is considered as intellectual product, created on the base of the marketing studies of client’ needs and extractions of the profit and possessing peculiarities: abstractiveness, inseperability from source, contractual nature of the relations with consumer, extent at time of the process of the use. The desire of business to avoid presentation value-lowered or other image of the deformed requirements to graduate and hereunder create high school sufficient premises professional and social responsible to execute its partner’s role (exactly knowing as who teach that graduates were fittingly in business) is noted. Many employers in Russia have not yet advance so to practise management as firm management function of its strategic development. Some orientate on manager’s intention to make sure that employees on each position correspond the minimum given by state educational standard. It is revealled that trend of the increase of need of the improvement of the formation will be saved and even increase hereinafter, the development of economy of new technology in all greater degree as with specialists of higher level will be claimed. The development of given segment market education’s services will be defined by reinforcement of competitions on the market of the labour, as well as in connection with expansion of the possibilities of the many people to pay for formation. It needs higher requirements to contents and organizations of educational process, to improvement of traditional and development of new educational technologies.
