In article organizational and economic problems which demand the decision within the limits of the further development of national system of hi-tech medical care in Russia are considered. The author allocates priority aspects and groups them in two directions: teoretiko-methodological and applied problems. In the first group approaches to category definition «hi-tech medical care» (enumeration and criterion approaches), measurements of its volumes through number of the treated patients and number of quotas, measurements of level of requirements of the population in the given kind of medical care, etc. In the second group on concrete examples are considered financial aspects of development of medicine of high technologies, questions of personnel maintenance of the given kind of the help, methodological problems of working out and realization of the state tasks, including a question on quality of their planning, etc. Practical recommendations about perfection of management by system of hi-tech medicine in the country are made, in particular, on perfection of technologies of planning, standardization of organizational schemes of granting of the hi-tech care, attraction of departmental and nonstate medical institutions problems of perfection of management at level of Minzdravsotsrazvitija of Russia and territorial planning of medicine of high technologies are, etc. especially allocated.
