Methods of handling of results of the experiments used in the mathematical statistics are based that it is not known concerning tested difficult technical system before tests. Therefore for obtaining sufficiently reliable information on quality of tested difficult technical system it is necessary to lead a great number of experiments in which the casual events shown in each experiment, are mutually repaid and estimations of parameters of allocations come nearer to estimated parameters. However even before tests of difficult technical system already there is some convergence on its probability properties by results of tests of prototypes or from results of prior tests (bench tests, on the basis of prior stages of full-scale tests of separate elements of system). There is a necessity for the registration of this aprioristic information to reduce number of experiments at saving of the same reliability of results. The method of the registration of the aprioristic information is defined by significance of the aprioristic information. What the aprioristic information is more reliable that it more correct characterizes work of the difficult technical system in the real terms of its application. The valuation method of merit figures of the tested technical systems in the article, based on the use of the aprioristic information about the laws of allocation of indexes of quality of tested systems.
