The role of the microfinancial organizations (MFO) in ensuring crediting of the population and small business is shown. Advantages are shown and shortcomings of MFO are analyzed from positions of their management and borrowers. From the same positions the structure of risks is investigated. Possibilities of management by these risks, including usage of information technologies, remote access to data are analyzed also. In article is proved expediency of approach to management and modeling for technology of MFO functioning in remote operating mode. This approach is guided by the preliminary description of business process for concrete organization with usage of special charts. Classification of the main components of microfinancing process is considered, the logical model of microcredit business process of population is investigated, functional duties of each of participants of microfinancial activity are described. The functional chart of business process, which can be used further for development of information technologies and the automated systems for MFO, is submitted.
