The synergetic approach to production management becomes fundamental in ensuring sustainable and efficient functioning and development organizations. The article reveals the organizational-economic mechanism of implementation and methodological tools for optimizing factors of production synergies for example, one of the food industry. The main methods of study are induction, analysis, comparison, economic and mathematical modeling. A brief review of the theory. Schematic representation of the business process of synergetic control the production of beer. The authors conducted a study of organizational-economic mechanism of realization of synergies and optimization model is composed of factors of production synergies in the food industry organizations. Particular attention is paid to the control of production costs. The paper presents the system of constraints for the optimization problem of technical and economic parameters of beer production and nomenclature of variables. The results of the production subsystem upon and performance evaluation for the optimal solution for the model. The obtained results of the study can be used in the management of financial and economic activity of agricultural enterprises, in the classroom and research activities in the field of economics and financial management.
