The object of this article is to improve the efficiency of methods of data collection and processing on the indicators of individual and public health in the process of regional schoolchildren’s health monitoring, including morbidity associated with nutritional factors. Methods and algorithms, software, organizational and methodological support for the processing of information on health indicators with the students of modern medical techniques and age-sex standards are designed to achievement of an object. The developed information system for monitoring is implemented in municipal educational institutions, health care facilities and the data center of the Tambov region. Obtained with the developed schoolchildren’s health monitoring system results showed that schools participate in the modernization of school feeding affects primarily the dynamics of body mass pupils stability indicators of body length and a decrease in the number of diseases associated with nutritional factors. The developed system ensures a high degree of automation of the process of information-processing on health outcomes of pupils at educational institutions, municipal and regional levels.
