This article contains the reasons for which the control tool implementation of an investment strategy of the region В«the regional investment StandardВ» in the Kemerovo region requires completion and development. To solve this task the author has analyzed in detail information interrelations of governing bodies of investment activities (InAC) in the region, as well as the channels on which such interrelations and use for these purposes of information technologies are performed. The В«as isВ» models of business-processes of infrastructure control providing In AC in system of regional public management within implementation of the Investment standard of regional executive bodies activity are the results of this research. The author revealed В«inefficiency pointsВ» of the researched InAC controlling mechanism and offered the method of its optimization. Therefore, the method of control optimization for InAC is proposed for implementation of business - process of a constant quality improvement of InAC public management. The business-process model (to be) is offered and visualized. This article also contains description of the scheme of the internal and external information flows serving processes of infrastructure management of InAC. The possible directions of some information technologies usage for improvement of information flows control and acceptance and implementation of the decisions connected with infrastructure control of InAC in the region are shown. The author analyzed the structure of the risks connected with infrastructure control of InAC, as well as possible methods of risk control.
