The task of managing the process of rehabilitation of children with limited health capacities (LHC) in the context of social services requires increasing management efficiency. The paper proposes a method of constructing a model of the data warehouse for decision-making support while compiling individual rehabilitation programs for children with LHC. It also defines the terminology system of the objective ontology that allows moving onto the stage of the formalization of professional knowledge. The paper includes an excerpt of the ontology, intended to describe the subject area of the study, defined types, elements and relations that are going to serve as a basis of information support of the rehabilitation process of children with LHC. The proposed ontology defines concepts and relations between them, as well as attributes of concepts.
