In the article the problems of introduction of electronic school diaries in control system of municipal educational establishments are described. The results of research on introduction of new system of monitoring of progress of the pupils carried out on the basis of municipal educational establishment «Grammar school № 1» are resulted. Besides, the authors describe specification of introduction of system of electronic diaries. The carried out analysis has allowed the authors to make a conclusion about the urgency and necessity of introduction of system of electronic monitoring for organization of effective electronic education.
